15-month Digital Business Services

The Programme targets to develop young talented graduates to be the future leaders of Digital Business Services and HSBC, by providing graduates with a structured fast track programme, and equipping them with technical expertise, personal skills and various exposures across the HSBC Group, so as to support HSBC's Group strategy and business growth in China.
What we can offer

Comprehensive
Training

You will experience 15-month systematic training journey including rotations cross functions / branches, overseas exposure, classroom training and project assignment. Access to HSBC Online University will help you at each stage of your career.

  • Fresh graduate in 2021&2022
  • GPA3.0/4.0 or equivalent
